Information we collect

When you use the inquiry and inbox form, we collect your first and last name, and, if you choose to provide them, your email address, mobile number, the optional text message categories you select, and any note about your availability or interests. We ask that you do not include personal health details. We also record SMS consent details: the phone number, selected message category, time of consent, source page, disclosure version, browser user agent, and IP address where available.

How we use information

We use your information to set up your research inbox preferences, respond to your inquiry, and send the communications you choose. We never sell, rent, or share your contact details, and we do not pass them to research programs or marketers.

SMS communications

If you opt in, Research Inbox Center sends text messages only for the categories you selected: Account Notifications (new study notices, saved-category updates, and opt-in, opt-out, and HELP replies) and Marketing (announcements about inbox features and featured study categories, generally up to 4 messages per month). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to any text to stop messages. You can also email inbox@researchinboxcenter.com to update or remove your information.

This site and its form are intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
